The clinic

A place designed for permanent hair removal, and nothing else

ERADERM opened in May 2026 at 26 rue de l'Église, in the Maladrerie district of Caen. The idea behind the clinic is simple: a fully specialised place, far from the traditional beauty salon, with the latest professional technologies.

Every treatment starts with you: your skin, the type and colour of your hair, the area to treat and your expectations. This assessment points towards laser, electrolysis, or both.

  • Listening and support
  • Personalised care
  • Honesty about results and the limits of each technique
  • Safety
  • Respect for everyone's pace
  • Follow-up throughout the treatment

Your practitioner

I'm Dellel, founder of ERADERM

A former state-registered nurse, I chose to retrain in permanent hair removal to offer real solutions to women dealing with unwanted hair, which can sometimes be a source of everyday self-consciousness.

  • Former state-registered nurse
  • Regulatory foundation training
  • Laser and electrolysis training

To offer you safe treatments suited to your needs, I completed several training courses: the regulatory foundation training as well as specialised training in laser hair removal and thermolysis electrolysis.

My experience in healthcare gave me solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology and hygiene, along with a rigorous approach that pays close attention to each person's needs.

Convinced that every skin and every type of hair is different, I place particular importance on individual assessment, on choosing the most suitable technique and on following safety protocols.

I also chose to equip the clinic with recognised technologies, including the Candela GentleMax Pro for laser hair removal and the Apilus xCell Pur for thermolysis electrolysis, to offer you precise, personalised care.

Through ERADERM, I want to offer you support built on listening, transparency and trust, in a professional setting where you can feel comfortable and at ease.

Laser hair removal

A latest-generation laser, suited to every skin type

Laser quickly treats an area with many pigmented hairs. It works on hair in its growth phase, which is why several sessions are needed.

Technology and the face

With the Candela GentleMax Pro: two wavelengths, Alexandrite and Nd:YAG, for every skin tone, and Cryo Air cooling with every pass.

The face needs a specific assessment: it is a hormone-sensitive area, with a high risk of paradoxical regrowth. The technique is chosen after the assessment.

Check

Before each session, the skin and the area are checked to make sure the treatment can be carried out in good conditions.

Tailored settings

The laser settings are adapted to your skin type, the area and the characteristics of the hair.

Treatment

The laser is applied gradually over the whole area, with cooling for comfort.

Over the sessions

Treated hair gradually falls out. Regrowth decreases and the remaining hair becomes finer. Progress varies with each person and each area.

Thermolysis electrolysis

A precise solution, hair by hair

Electrolysis, also called electric or high-frequency hair removal, treats each hair individually, whatever its colour and on every skin tone.

A very fine, sterile, single-use probe is inserted into the hair follicle. Energy is delivered there: it produces very localised heat that targets the structures responsible for hair growth. The hair is then removed, without resistance.

Unlike laser, which acts on melanin, thermolysis does not depend on the colour of the hair. This is what makes it so precise, even on small or delicate areas.

Sessions from 5 minutes to 2 hours depending on the amount of hair, from €20. See prices →

Which hair and which areas

The face and hormone-related hair growth

Electrolysis is particularly suited to the face when hair growth is linked to a hormonal imbalance: PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, after breastfeeding…

Which hair?

  • White hair
  • Grey hair
  • Red hair
  • Very light hair
  • Isolated or resistant hair
  • Hair remaining after laser

Several sessions are needed: not all hairs are at the same stage of their cycle at the same time. Appointments come in different lengths, depending on the amount of hair to treat.

Laser or electrolysis?

Two complementary techniques

At ERADERM, the choice depends on your skin, your hair, the area and your situation. The two often work together: laser first on pigmented hair, then thermolysis for hair that does not, or no longer, respond.

Laser

  • Treats several hairs at once, through their melanin
  • Fast on large areas
  • Ideal for pigmented hair
  • All skin types, thanks to two wavelengths

Electrolysis

  • Works hair by hair
  • Does not depend on hair colour
  • White, grey, red, very light hair
  • Suited to the face and hormone-related hair growth

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, our answers

How many sessions should I plan for?

It depends on the area, the hair, the hair growth cycle and factors specific to each person. Several sessions are always needed, because both laser and electrolysis only work effectively on hair in its growth phase. You will be given an estimate at the consultation.

Is laser suitable for my skin colour?

Yes. The Candela GentleMax Pro combines two wavelengths, Alexandrite 755 nm and Nd:YAG 1064 nm, which make it possible to treat all skin types, from fair to dark skin.

My hair is white, blond or red: what can I do?

Laser targets the melanin in the hair: it is not very effective on hair without pigment. Thermolysis electrolysis, which works hair by hair regardless of colour, is then the right solution.

What about the face?

The face is a hormone-sensitive area, with a risk of paradoxical regrowth with laser. It requires a prior assessment and a quote. Electrolysis is often preferred, especially with PCOS, menopause or after pregnancy.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. It is required before starting a treatment, free and with no commitment. It is used to examine your skin and hair, check for contraindications and draw up a personalised treatment plan.

How do I book and pay?

Appointments can be booked online on Planity, or by phone on +33 7 61 08 72 62. Payment by card or cash. The 6 and 8-session laser packages can be paid in instalments: the details are explained at the consultation.
